What counts as an operation?
Each AI chat interaction counts as one operation. CSV imports count based on the number of rows processed. Browsing products, viewing diffs, and navigating the app do not count.
What happens if I hit my limit?
You can still browse your data and review pending changes, but new AI chat requests and CSV imports will be paused until the next billing cycle or you upgrade.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time through the Settings page in the app. Changes are managed through Shopify's billing system.
How does the free trial work?
Pro and Business plans include a 14-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial at no cost.
What does the product limit mean?
The product limit refers to the total number of products in your Shopify store. If your store exceeds the limit for your plan, you'll need to upgrade to continue using AI features.
