Terms of Service - Lasso App

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the Lasso App ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install or use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including Shopify store owners and administrators who install and use the app.

2. Description of Service

Lasso is a Shopify application that provides AI-powered conversational store management capabilities, including:

• Natural language product and inventory management
• Bulk editing and updates via conversational commands
• CSV file import and export functionality
• Change history and rollback capabilities

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

When you install Lasso, you authorize the app to access your Shopify store data as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during installation and use
• Maintain the security of your Shopify account credentials
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Be responsible for all activities that occur through your use of the Service

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems to abuse rate limits or extract data

5. Payment and Billing

Lasso is currently in beta and free for early adopters. When paid plans are introduced:

• Billing will be processed through Shopify's billing system
• You will be notified before any charges apply
• Beta users will receive special pricing considerations

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Lasso and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your store data remains your property. We claim no ownership over the data you manage using our Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

We recommend using Review Mode for critical operations and maintaining backups of your store data.

8. Termination

You may uninstall the Lasso app at any time through your Shopify admin panel. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You breach these Terms
• Your use poses a security risk
• Required by law or Shopify's policies

Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the app interface. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
